Stephen Dupont currently serves as editor of Compass. He is a Minneapolis-based communications and marketing consultant. Stephen speaks and writes frequently about the intersection between foresight and communications, counseling clients on communicating their visions for the future. He is an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and a member of PRSA's College of Fellows. Stephen is pursuing his master's degree in foresight from the University of Houston, and earned his bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of St. Thomas.

Harmanjot Kaur is currently working as the design director for Compass. She is a multidisciplinary designer based in Toronto who has a diverse educational and cultural background. She has double master’s degrees in Design from the OCAD University in Toronto, and the National institute of Design in India. As a researcher, service designer, and an engineer, she believes that design should be holistic, well researched, and mindful of not creating additional problems while solving one. Her interests lie at the nexus of sustainability, community resilience, and women empowerment.

Tracey Follows is the founder CEO of Futuremade, the futures consultancy, and Visiting Professor in Digital Futures and Identity at Staffordshire University.  She is the author of the book, The Future of You, and host of the podcast of the same name.

Richard A. Slaughter completed his Ph.D. in Futures Studies at Lancaster University in 1982. He later became internationally recognized as a futurist / foresight practitioner, author, editor, teacher and innovator. During the early 2000s he was Foundation Professor of Foresight at Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne. He currently works out of Foresight International, Brisbane, Australia and can be reached at: foresightinternational.com.au.
