APF members Richard Slaughter and Andy Hines, from Oceania and America respectively, will preview, "The Knowledge Base of Futures Studies 2020," in this global e-book launch. APF Chair, Jay Gary, will host the event.


This is a members-only event on thought leadership milestones and shifts within the futures field by 2030. The meeting will last 60 minutes, and include discussion about the use of diverse foresight methods to "work the future." Breakout discussions will consider: 

  • What are the most significant developments in foresight over the past 10-15 years?
  • How does the KBFS 2020 recognize them?  

This members-only MeetUp will be hosted at both 12 noon and 5:00 pm London time for those in different time zones (Time Zone Converter). The best of both live programs will be recorded for members who wish to view the archive.
