Organization: WorkForce Software – Annual User Conference “Vision 2020”
Date Posted: 7/25/2020
City: Virtual
Primary Category: Speaking
Type of Position: Part-Time

Description & Details

WorkForce Software is seeking a futurist to serve as their opening or closing keynote speaker for their annual customer conference. The speaker would deliver a "TED-style" thought provoking talk virtually and be open to an interactive QA discussion. The audience will be a mix of mid-level to senior Human Resource-Tech professionals.

They are looking for content that fits within the theme “Getting the World Back to Work”.  Share early successes of what enterprise level companies are doing to tackle the short-term challenge of the pandemic, scenarios of what they should or could be doing differently today to prepare for short and long-term futures. Touch on unforeseen disruptions on the horizon and known speaking points: agility, adaptability, digital “cloud” transformation, AI, other tech, employee experience and well being,  organizational resiliency, diversity and inclusion, and futures thinking.

The event will take place September 29-30, 2020.

  • One 40 - 45 min presentation, 20- 15 min QA – WorkForce Software will own recording and distribution of the final content.
  • One promotional blog post, minimum of three social shares

Presenter must guarantee that he/she is the sole proprietor of the material and content. Second run content is acceptable. Our preference is to select a presenter who has delivered a similar talk to a different audience and can share prior conference references, results, a recording or pdf of the prior presentation as part of our evaluation.

Benefits to you

Personal profile and logo sharing in all conference promotions
