How to become a Professional Member?
To qualify as a Professional Member, applicants must meet both the Experience and Knowledge Base criteria:
- Applicants are required to demonstrate foresight experience by submitting documentation of no fewer than three projects undertaken within the last three years that exemplify the foresight process.
- To demonstrate foresight knowledge, applicants may present academic degree, records of completed training(s), evidence of speaking or teaching engagement(s), or published works.
Step 1: Submit your application using the 'Apply Now' button below.
Step 2: Complete the application form with your details. The email address you provide will serve as your member account if your application is approved. After submission, you will receive a confirmation email. The Application Review Committee will review your application within up to 10 working days.
Step 3: You will receive a formal review decision through email and more information for the next step based on the decision.

How to become a General Member?
You can join the APF as a General Member directly, with no application process needed.
Step 1: Submit your joining request using the 'Join Now' button below.
Step 2: Once the verification process is complete, you will receive an account activation email with instructions to create your password.
Step 3: A separate email will be sent to guide you through the subscription payment process.

How to become a Student Member?
You need to apply to be a Student Member of the APF. Applicants must provide proof of student status with formal adminssion documentation.
Step 1: Submit your application using the 'Apply Now' button below.
Step 2: Fill in the required information in the form. After submission, you will receive a confirmation email. The Application Review Committee will review your application within up to 10 working days.
Step 3: You will receive a formal review decision through email and more information for the next step based on the decision.
ORGANIZATION MEMBERSHIP
Develop Your Organizational Practice of Foresight with APF
For organizations that practice foresight, you can apply for APF membership as a team.
*One designated member from the organizaton can act as a sponsor and point-of-contact for the organization.
*Organizational Membership package fee covers for three members, and each additional organizational member beyond the first three is $150. Organizational Members must work with the organization at least 51% of the time.

At least one applicant from the organization must qualify as a Professional Member. This member is designated as the sponsor for the organization and will serve as the point-of-contact.
